Gary A. Hayes, President

Gary Hayes is a trained environmental scientist with 33 years in the field of environmental science; environmental study responsibilities presently include design, cost estimates, construction management, and technical specifications for abatement of toxic substances including asbestos and lead for State of Delaware buildings.  He is responsible for the integrity of the laboratory operations, field operations, and the quality assurance manual.  He has considerable experience in administering asbestos projects, lead projects, air monitoring and water quality surveys; he has developed and conducted occupational safety and health surveys for airborne contaminants.  Gary has designed and implemented studies to determine PCB concentrations in waste lagoons; he has also developed and administered air and water chemical surveys for State and private clients.  He has experience in mold investigations and the oversight of mold remediation projects.  Gary has authored over 50 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
